About the role The role is primarily to provide an enhanced customer support experience to Ikon Science’s growing RokDoc and Curate user base in India,



and to assist with pre-sales business development activities with the same clients. The role may also involve a contribution to the same activities with Ikon’s user base across Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Requirements The remit of the Customer Success Geoscientist is to provide technical support during the pre and post sales lifecycle for the RokDoc and Curate suite of software in India. The candidate should be able to establish a ‘trusted advisor’ relationship with our users and stakeholders to better provide proactive support and engagement. The candidate will act as a to-and-from information conduit between Ikon’s regional team and our Indian clients.
