Job Title: Operations Team Leader, AVP

Location: Bangalore, India

Corporate Title: AVP

Role Description
- Supervises & monitors day-to-day business processes for Deutsche Bank Investment Services. AVP should have command on the business domain and should be familiar with Investment banking concepts specifically related to German markets/European markets.
- Domain knowledge on one or multiple sub-domains is preferred. Major domain areas listed below:
- Asset Services e.g. Corporate Actions, Reconciliations- Income/Stocks
- Trade Processing- Trade Lifecycle, Settlements( Matching/Fails), Non Trades, Cancellation and Corrections
- Tax Services - International Tax Reclaims, Compensation Tax Processing (Abgeltungssteuer), US Tax reporting
- Operations Control - Securities activation
- AVP should have 4-5 years experience in people management & performance management. Good command on German language with certification from premier institute will be an added advantage

Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyzes business systems and functions; assists in identifying client's requirement and provides appropriate documentation for processes.
- Manage SLA's as per agreed Service specifications.
- Ensure workforce management, shift planning and maintain required workforce in office and work from home mode to effectively manage Business Operations and SLA's
