Job Description

Lead the Wellness team within the GCS, overseeing administration of wellness and benefits programs, vendor coordination, and program effectiveness monitoring. Ensure accurate, compliant, and employee-centric delivery of wellness programs in alignment with enterprise Total Rewards strategy.

Key Responsibilities

ŸLead and develop the Wellness team, ensuring high-quality administration of wellness programs and vendor coordination

ŸOversee wellness program enrollment administration, in-house and outsourced wellness program delivery, and vendor management

ŸMonitor wellness program effectiveness, analyzing utilization data and outcomes to inform continuous improvement

ŸPartner with the Total Rewards & Mobility Delivery Lead and Total Rewards COE on wellness strategy alignment

ŸManage vendor relationships for outsourced wellness programs, ensuring SLA adherence and service quality standards

ŸEnsure compliance with benefits regulations and internal wellness program governance requirements





ŸCoordinate with HR communications and Digital HR teams to support wellness program awareness and employee engagement

ŸTrack and report on wellness delivery metrics, escalating issues and improvement opportunities to leadership

Knowledge and Experience

ŸBenefits administration, employee wellness, or HR program delivery experience

ŸStrong knowledge of wellness program design, administration, and vendor management in large organizations

ŸExperience managing wellness or benefits delivery teams within a GCC or shared services model

ŸUnderstanding of advantages compliance requirements and wellness program governance

ŸDemonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and monitor program effectiveness
