Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Architect with 9+ years of overall experience and solid expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing scalable ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping, aligned with business and IT objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of ITOM modules including:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Define and implement CMDB strategy, governance, and data model improvements.
- Design integration solutions with external monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics).
- Architect event correlation, alert management,



and automation workflows.
- Provide expertise in service mapping strategies (top-down & bottom-up approaches).
- Establish best practices for data accuracy, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead technical workshops, client discussions, and architecture reviews.
- Mentor developers and guide the team on ServiceNow best practices.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform governance, security, and performance standards.

Required Skills & Experience
- 9+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- ServiceNow Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Deep understanding of:
- CMDB architecture & data modeling
- Identification & reconciliation rules
- Experience with MID Server setup and management.
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure
