Position: Quality Engineer – Project

Reporting To: Project Quality Manager / Project Manager

Job Description -

The Quality Engineer – Project is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring

quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) activities across Johnson Controls project





execution. The role ensures compliance with company standards, project specifications,

international codes, and customer requirements throughout the project lifecycle—from

design review to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

Project Quality Planning

Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP) in line with Johnson Controls

Quality Management System.

Ensure quality requirements are integrated into project schedules, method

statements, and execution plans.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align quality objectives.

Quality Assurance & Control

Conduct incoming material inspections, ensuring compliance with approved

submittals and specifications.

Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities for HVAC, BMS, Fire

Alarm, Security, or Energy Solutions systems.

Perform site inspections, audits, and surveillance to ensure
