Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP TM implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate should have been involved in at least two end-to-end SAP TM implementations and possess strong functional expertise in transportation management processes.

Responsibilities




- Implement and configure SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions to meet client business requirements across SAP and S/4HANA landscapes.
- Analyze existing transportation and logistics processes and recommend system and process improvements using SAP TM best practices.
- Lead design workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Manage end-to-end SAP TM project activities including solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, rollout, and post-implementation support.
- Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, EWM, and third-party systems.
- Provide functional expertise to resolve SAP TM-related issues and mentor junior team members.
- Support various complex and industry-specific TM scenarios including shipper, LSP, and carrier models.
