Embark on a transformative journey as an Incremental CRM - Senior Data Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in addressing high‑priority operational risks that require timely remediation, platform stability, reliability, and continuity of core business operations. The primary areas of focus include ongoing support, bug fixes, and targeted enhancements to the CRM platform. ORAC work prioritizes closing control gaps, remediating vulnerabilities, and strengthening operational processes to reduce exposure and prevent future incidents.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:
- Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL concepts, and data warehousing.
- Build and execute data strategy for Contacts data maintenance in CRM.
- Hands-on with executing Data Science projects.
- Experience with AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift, Dbt, Athena) with some exposure to Power BI/Tableau.
- Graduate / Postgraduate preferably in IT/Computer science.
- Effective Stakeholder management with global leads and delivery teams.
Some Of Highly Valued Skills May Include
- Experience in Banking / Finance domain preferred.
- Solid technical proficiency in SQL, SSIS, AWS Services, Power BI/Tableau
- Hands-on leadership style, actively contributing to code and architectural decisions.
