Job Description
- Manage and monitor the operations of multiple CDX outlets within the assigned region.

- Visit colleges, universities, hospitals, and institutions to promote the CDX format and identify potential current locations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners and decision-makers.

- Drive sales, profitability, and brand visibility across all CDX outlets.

- Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, food safety, and service quality.

- Train and mentor outlet teams for efficient operations and superior customer service.

- Conduct periodic performance reviews, audits, and operational evaluations.

- Collaborate with the marketing team for local promotions and brand activations.

- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.

- Manage budgets, cost controls, and operational efficiency across outlets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.

- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Proven ability to handle multi-location operations.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic POS systems.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
