Job Role: Branch Head

CTC: Up to 11.50 LPA + Incentives

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad

What does the job entail?
- Build and lead a team of 8-10 highly motivated front-line sales professionals to drive business growth.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture by implementing the sales management process and encouraging desired sales behaviors.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the network and achieve business targets.
- Plan, monitor, and manage the branch/unit’s revenue objectives to ensure consistent growth.
- Regularly review the team's progress against set goals, providing guidance and support to drive success.




- Ensure business quality and persistency, maintaining long-term client relationships and sustainable sales performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 8 to 10+ years in Life Insurance , with at least 2+ year in team management and handling.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Skills: Strong leadership, sales management, strategic planning, and business development expertise.
