Job Description
- Be responsible for building and strengthening the HR function with a transparent business-first mindset.
- Develop & implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership on organisational goals.
- Manage the HR team, while taking care of HR Business Partnering, People Operations and Talent Strategy.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate in this role meets the following criteria-
- 15+ years of experience
- Should be business-aligned and have an understanding of P&L; management
- Experience in HR leadership role in a Startup
- Knowledge of HR practices in Manufacturing setup
