Role: Executive Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing documents / data related to dossier to RA team and support in submission of dossier.
- Responsible for support in preparation of dossier and review of dossiers from factory perspective.
- Responsible for preparation of internal audit schedules and coordination and organisation of audit meetings.
- Responsible for providing line clearances & monitoring / In-process quality assurance (IPQA) of different activities in user department & QCD in coordination with user for smooth functioning of activities.
- Responsible for review of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Batch Packaging Records (BPRs) and tertiary / final packaging for release of batches of different products.
- Responsible for sampling of Retention / Control samples and store in cold room in an organised manner for easy traceability and recording of the same.
- Responsible for follow-up & review of reconciliation,



protocols and reports of stability studies.
- Responsible for logging, review, follow-up and closure of Change controls, Deviations, Corrective and Preventive actions, OOS, OOT, Market complaints and Product recalls.
- Responsible for preparation of QA documents, APQRs and its annexures, Control, Review, Issuance, retrieval and destruction of all plant documents in coordination with all the departments.
- Assisting and coordinating in internal & external audit related activities.
- Responsible for implementation and maintenance of WHO-GMP within the facility.
- Responsible for review of artworks and support to Regulatory affairs.
- Responsible for Oracle / ERP related activities.
- Any other activities assigned by the Reporting manager.
- In his absence, other competent person assigned by competent authority will perform his responsibilities under supervision of seniors.
