We are looking for a skilled Pipeline Pilot Protocol Developer with hands-on experience in BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot to design, develop, optimize, and deploy scientific data processing workflows and integrations. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in PilotScript, database integration, API connectivity, protocol development, and pharmaceutical/life sciences environments.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Pipeline Pilot protocols.
- Develop reusable subprotocols and workflow templates.
- Integrate databases, REST/SOAP services, and external systems.




- Build data transformation and reporting workflows.
- Troubleshoot protocol issues and optimize performance.
- Support production deployment, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Work closely with laboratory, business, and IT stakeholders.

Preferred
- Experience with BIOVIA OneLab, Operations LES, or LIMS platforms.
- Exposure to GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environments.
- Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ validation processes.
- Experience with scientific data management and laboratory workflows.
