About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Associate who can take ownership of the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to client meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing.

You will be responsible for acquiring new clients for our Digital Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, and other IT services.

This is a hunter sales role. We are looking for someone who enjoys prospecting, talking to business owners and decision-makers, handling objections, and closing business.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals, networking, and other outbound channels.
- Identify and research potential B2B clients.
- Connect with business owners, founders, marketing heads, and decision-makers.




- Understand client business requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls and sales meetings.
- Present and pitch digital marketing, website, and IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations.
- Handle objections, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up consistently.
- Manage the complete sales process from first contact to payment confirmation.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing, design, and development teams for solution discussions.
- Ensure proper client handover after closing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales activity reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
