We're Hiring | Manufacturing & R&D; Chemist – Color Cosmetics

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Anherb is looking for a Manufacturing & R&D; Chemist – Color Cosmetics to strengthen our cosmetics development and manufacturing team.

The role will focus on the formulation, development and manufacturing of colour cosmetic products such as:

• Lipsticks

• Lip balms and tinted lip products

• Lip glosses

• Foundations and complexion products

• Blushes and tints

• Eye cosmetics

• Nail products

• Other colour cosmetic formulations

Who can apply

Freshers as well as experienced professionals are welcome.

We invite applications from graduates and postgraduates in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences and related disciplines.

Candidates with experience or a strong interest in the following would be particularly relevant:

• Colour cosmetic formulation

• Pigments and shade development

• Texture and product performance





• Cosmetic R&D;

• Manufacturing and batch scale-up

• Formulation optimisation

• New product development

• Production and process improvement

Prior experience in colour cosmetics is an advantage, but not mandatory for the right candidate with a solid scientific foundation and willingness to learn.

Experienced R&D; and formulation specialists are also encouraged to apply.

This is an opportunity to work hands-on across the journey from concept and formulation to trials, scale-up and commercial manufacturing.
