We are looking for a product manager to join our Human Capital Products team based in the firm's offices in Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Gurugram, to support the ongoing development of data infrastructure that enables people analytics. This team manages technology that optimizes human capital processes and empowers the firm to make data-driven talent decisions. This role offers the chance to collaborate with analytics, technology, and human capital teams to deliver scalable, secure,



and flexible business intelligence solutions -including leveraging generative AI to derive insights from non-traditional data sources - in an engaging and collegial working environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

In this role, you will partner with developers and analytics/business intelligence professionals to design effective data transformations that support visually engaging analytics products. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, design technical solutions, specify requirements, and oversee development, testing, and rollout. You will own relationships with internal stakeholders and share responsibility for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and providing operational support for existing ETLs. Additionally, you will gain a broad understanding of the proprietary systems and third-party products that make up the firm's human capital systems landscape.
