We are seeking a agile Team Lead for our Procurement Operations – Order to Receipt Management team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and optimize procurement activities, ensuring alignment with bp's strategic goals while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
You will play a critical role in driving efficiency, managing supplier relationships, and delivering value across the organization.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of procurement professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with bp's overall business objectives, focusing on cost efficiency, risk management, and sustainability.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in procurement operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows.
- Customer Collaboration: Work closely with internal customers to understand their procurement needs and provide tailored solutions.
