We are looking for a Healthcare Business Analyst – Support to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding healthcare business processes, working with clients, analyzing requirements, resolving operational/system issues, and coordinating with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
- • Understand and analyze healthcare client requirements and business workflows
- • Act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, support teams, and technical teams
- • Gather, document, and clarify business and functional requirements
- • Investigate client issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
- • Prepare requirement documents, process flows, user stories, reports,



and support documentation
- • Participate in UAT, issue validation, and implementation/support activities
- • Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
- • Provide professional updates and support to US healthcare clients during night-shift hours
- • Maintain accurate documentation and follow defined quality and compliance processes

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Healthcare / US Healthcare / Healthcare IT / Business Analysis / Support
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Positive client and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into clear requirements
- Knowledge of EHR/EMR, RCM, Medical Billing, Claims, Eligibility, Provider/Payer workflows, or Healthcare Applications is an advantage
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio/Lucidchart, or simil
