We are looking for an experienced, commercially focused Senior Merchandiser to join the team. The role will oversee stock performance across all sales platforms, provide transparent weekly reporting, support stock forecasting and buying decisions, and ensure the business has the right product, in the right size mix, at the right time.

- We are looking for an experienced, commercially focused Senior Merchandiser to join the team on a part-time basis. The role will oversee stock performance across all sales platforms, provide clear weekly reporting, support stock forecasting and buying decisions, and ensure the business has the right product, in the right size mix, at the right time. The role will also support conversion rate optimisation and website performance, using product and customer data to improve the online shopping journey and increase conversion.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present weekly merchandising reports across all sales platforms, including DTC, wholesale and marketplace channels.




- Analyse sales, stock, sell-through, intake, returns, markdowns and overall product performance.
- Monitor best-selling and underperforming styles, categories, colours and size curves.
- Identify best-selling sizes and recommend appropriate size ratios for future buys and replenishment.
- Produce accurate stock forecasts and recommend replenishment, stock transfers, markdowns or promotional activity.
- Review current stock levels, available stock, open orders and OOS risks across all channels.
- Support seasonal and in-season stock buys using sales history, demand forecasts and commercial performance.
- Understand and monitor cost prices, retail prices, gross margin and margin performance by style.
- Review profitability by product and recommend actions to improve margin and stock efficiency.
