Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily factory and production management.

Supervise fabrication activities and shop-floor operations.

Manage labour, work allocation, and productivity.

Monitor machine usage and coordinate basic maintenance.

Ensure quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Coordinate with stores, purchase, and project teams.

Maintain production records and material control.

Support timely dispatch and production planning.

Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in an aluminium fabrication or façade manufacturing industry.

Basic knowledge of sliding windows, façades, ACP cladding, and fabrication processes.

Ability to read fabrication drawings.

Positive leadership, communication, and labour management skills.

Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month (based on experience).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
