Job Title: HR & IR Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR) activities and maintain harmonious relationships with workers, unions, and management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Lead disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate wage settlements, negotiations, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and manpower planning.
- Support training and development programs to enhance workforce productivity.
- Liaise with government authorities, labor departments, and external agencies as required.
- Drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and organizational growth.





Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification.
- 8+ years of HR & IR experience, preferably in electrical, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
- Robust knowledge of labor laws, Factory Act, Industrial Relations, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
