You will work closely with development, quality engineering, infrastructure, cloud, and operations teams to maintain healthy test ecosystems, minimize environment downtime, and improve testing efficiency through automation, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Responsibilities




- Monitor environment health, performance, capacity, and utilization through proactive monitoring tools and dashboards.
- Manage environment provisioning, refreshes, configuration updates, and maintenance activities while minimizing disruption to testing teams.
- Manage and support environment management tools, monitoring utilities, dashboards, and automation frameworks.
- Perform root cause analysis for environment outages and recurring issues, driving corrective and preventive actions.
- Implement process improvements to enhance environment stability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices for Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Service Operations.
- Maintain environment documentation, standard operating procedures, runbooks, and knowledge repositories.
