Senior Performance Marketer

Interval SkillX is an ed-tech platform and skill-training institute established by Interval Learning. Based in Areekode, Kerala, we offer AI-integrated, practical training programs in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Finance, and other career-focused domains. Our mission is to equip learners with industry-relevant skills through expert mentorship, hands-on projects, and dedicated placement support.

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who is creative, analytical, and results-driven to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns while contributing to the growth of our brand and student admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Coordinate with the design, content,



and video teams for marketing creatives.
- Track lead generation campaigns and improve conversion performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Manage website updates, landing pages, and marketing automation tools.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates.
- Ensure timely execution of all marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in planning and executing lead generation campaigns.
- Solid analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing activities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools is an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
