Job Summary

The School Coordinator for Primary class 1 to 5, is the academic and administrative leader of the school, responsible for ensuring high standards of teaching, learning outcomes, discipline, and overall school development in alignment with Karnataka State Board norms and Department of School Education guidelines. She will lead staff, support students, engage parents, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the institution.

Key Responsibilities1. Academic Leadership
- Implement Karnataka State Board curriculum effectively across all grades.
- Monitor lesson planning, classroom delivery, and student assessment practices.
- Analyze academic performance and initiate improvement strategies.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and exam readiness.
- Promote co-curricular and extracurricular activities for holistic development.

2. Administration & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with State Board regulations, circulars, and government norms.
- Oversee admissions, attendance, records, timetables, and school documentation.
- Supervise maintenance of infrastructure,



safety standards, and school facilities.
- Coordinate inspections and submit required reports to education authorities.

3. Staff Management
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and professional development sessions.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable work culture.
- Address staff grievances and maintain discipline.

4. Student Development & Welfare
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
- Oversee student counseling, well-being, and behavior management.
- Encourage participation in cultural, sports, and academic competitions.

5. Parent & Community Engagement
- Build solid relationships with parents and the local community.
- Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Represent the school at official and community forums.
