LookConnect is a fast-growing home appliance service company providing professional repair, installation, and maintenance services for Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, Refrigerators, and other home appliances across Ernakulam. We are looking for experienced and customer-focused technicians to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and service Split AC, Window AC, and Inverter AC units.
- Repair and maintain Front Load and Top Load Washing Machines.
- Diagnose and repair Single Door, Double Door, Side-by-Side, and Frost-Free Refrigerators.
- Perform AC installation, gas charging, leak detection, and preventive maintenance.
- Replace compressors, PCBs, motors, sensors, and other faulty components.
- Visit customer locations across Ernakulam and nearby areas to provide on-site service.
- Explain repair work and maintenance recommendations to customers.




- Complete service reports using a mobile phone or job sheet.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AC, Washing Machine, and Refrigerator repair.
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Solid troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
- Experience working with brands such as LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, IFB, Bosch, Haier, Panasonic, Voltas, Daikin, Blue Star, Godrej, and Hitachi is an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Own two-wheeler is preferred.
