We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the organizational adoption of AI-powered development tools and drive measurable improvements in engineering productivity. This role is focused on scaling the use of AI-assisted tools—specifically with Cursor and GitHub Copilot (but not limited to)—across engineering teams, tracking adoption and ROI metrics,



and building the operational frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making around AI investments.

You will serve as the bridge between engineering leadership, product teams, and developers, ensuring that AI tools are not just deployed but effectively integrated into daily workflows. Your success will be measured by adoption rates, productivity gains, and the overall impact of AI on software delivery outcomes

Lead the end-to-end rollout and adoption of AI-powered development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) across engineering teams

Partner with engineering managers to integrate AI tools into the SDLC, identifying opportunities where AI can streamline code generation, testing, documentation, and release planning

Define, track, and report on key AI adoption metrics at the user, team, and organizational levels, including:
Adoption rate: Percentage of active users on Copilot/Cursor across teams.
