Job Summary
The Product Specialist for SAP FICO Foundation is responsible for managing and optimizing the SAP FICO module within the organization. The role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of financial and accounting processes through SAP FICO, providing support, and driving continuous improvement in financial operations.

Configure and support SAP FI modules including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Bank Accounting and Cash Management
Financial Closing and Reporting
Configure and support SAP CO modules including:
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
Internal Orders (IO)
Cost Element Accounting
Product Costing (CO-PC)
Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and perform fit-gap analysis.
Prepare Functional Specifications, BRDs, Solution Design Documents, and test scripts.
Work on end-to-end implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and AMS/support engagements.
Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams for developments, interfaces, reports, workflows, IDOCs, BAPIs, and enhancements.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Perform system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
Provide user training, hypercare support, and knowledge transfer.
Support data migration activities using LSMW, LTMC, and migration tools.
Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests through ServiceNow/Solution Manager.
Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, Treasury, and other SAP modules.
Skill Requirements
Required Skills:
Functional Skills
Solid expertise in SAP FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA.
Strong knowledge of CO-CCA, CO-PCA, CO-PC, CO-PA, Internal Orders.
Experience in Financial Closing, Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, Banking, and Taxation.
Understanding of business processes across Record-to-Report (RTR), Pro
