Responsibilities:
- Teach theory and practical classes for GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing students
- Plan lessons and conduct lab/clinical demonstrations
- Guide students during hospital postings and clinical exposure
- Support student assessments, exams, and skill evaluations
- Mentor students with a practical, encouraging teaching style

Qualifications:
- M.Sc Nursing (preferred for B.Sc/Post Basic B.Sc teaching) or B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with strong clinical background (for GNM teaching)
- Valid RN, RM registration with State Nursing Council
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical or teaching experience (freshers with excellent academic record may also apply)
- Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
