A Windows Server Administrator specializing in SCCM and patching is responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's Windows server infrastructure, focusing on software deployment, security updates, and operating system management. They ensure system stability, security,



and compliance by leveraging Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (formerly SCCM) and related technologies.

Roles and responsibilities:
- SCCM Infrastructure Management: Administer and maintain the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) workplace, including site servers, clients, distribution points, and other components.
- Operating System Deployment (OSD): Manage and automate the deployment of Windows server operating systems using SCCM task sequences, boot images, and driver packages. Provisioning experience with Tanium a plus
- Windows Server Administration: Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Windows Server operating systems (e.g., 2012, 2016, 2019). Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs). Monitor server performance, security logs, and overall system health.
