About the Role

The trader will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing stock derivatives strategies to generate consistent risk-adjusted returns while maintaining strict risk controls. This role is focused exclusively on stock derivatives trading.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA, CFA, FRM, NISM certifications, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
- Proven track record in trading stock futures and options.
- Strong understanding of stock derivative products, option pricing, volatility, and risk management.
- Proficiency in trading platforms, Excel, and quantitative analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Experience in proprietary trading environments is preferred.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesTrading & Execution




- Execute and manage trades in stock futures and options.
- Identify and capitalize on trading opportunities across stock derivatives.
- Monitor open positions and adjust strategies based on market conditions.

Strategy Development
- Develop and implement stock-specific derivatives strategies

Risk Management
- Monitor portfolio exposure, Greeks, and overall risk metrics.
- Implement hedging techniques to reduce downside risk.
- Maintain strict stop-loss and position-sizing frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with internal risk policies.

Market Research & Analysis
- Analyze company-specific news, earnings announcements, sector trends, and market developments.
- Conduct technical, quantitative, and derivatives analysis to support trading decisions.
- Monitor implied volatility, open interest, and liquidity conditions in stock derivatives.

Performance Monitoring
- Track strategy performance and maintain detailed trade journals.
