About the Job:
We are hiring a Talent Sourcer to power the top of our hiring funnel as we scale our global healthcare innovation platform. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and build deep pipelines of exceptional talent that Redesign and our portfolio companies depend on. You'll work in an AI-innate by utilizing modern tools like to research, enrich, and evaluate at a scale and quality that traditional sourcing can't match.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and utilize creative strategies to discover non-traditional and/or up and coming talent across niche roles and geographies.-
- Track and report on pipeline health and sourcing metrics: channel effectiveness, response rates, conversion, and funnel diversity, and continuously iterate on what's working.
