Key Responsibilities:
- Visit IT companies and establish relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers.
- Generate new corporate partnerships and execute MOUs with organizations.
- Identify and collect hiring requirements from partner companies.
- Coordinate interviews, placement drives, and recruitment activities.
- Maintain accurate records of corporate visits, partnerships, placement activities, and progress reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
