Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT Staffing)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.
- Identify suitable contract opportunities for consultants based on their skills and experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and recruiters.
- Negotiate billing rates and contract terms.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the complete placement process.
- Maintain daily reports of submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant availability.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to fulfill client requirements.
- Follow up regularly with vendors and clients regarding submitted consultants.

Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Strong knowledge of the US staffing industry.
- Experience working with implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.
- Excellent communication,



negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven workplace.

Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of US work authorization (H-1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
- Good knowledge of various IT technologies and skill sets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
