Customer Sourcing & Group Formation: Identify potential borrowers (primarily women in self-help groups), and facilitate group formation.
- Field Visits: Travel daily within the assigned territory or village to meet customers and assess their needs/creditworthiness.
- Loan Disbursement & EMI Collection: Assist in loan processing and ensure timely collection of weekly/monthly EMIs (Equated Monthly Installments) from groups or individuals.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain accurate records of collections and ensure a healthy, low-risk portfolio for the branch.
- Customer Relationship: Address customer queries, build trust, and maintain high retention rates.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Education:
- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
