- About the Role

We're looking for a *UI/UX Writer (CRM & Lifecycle)* who understands how words shape user experiences and drive user behaviour. This role goes beyond writing microcopy—you'll design user journeys, lifecycle communication, and engagement strategies that improve activation, retention, referrals, and long-term habit formation.

You'll work closely with Product, Design, Growth, CRM, and Marketing teams to craft seamless experiences across the customer lifecycle.
- Key Responsibilities- Design and write user-centric content across the product experience, including onboarding, feature adoption, referrals, retention, and reactivation journeys.
- Develop high-performing lifecycle campaigns, drip journeys, and automated communication flows.
- Optimize user funnels to improve CTR, conversion, engagement, retention,



and referral rates.
- Collaborate with Product Designers and Product Managers to ensure intuitive and consistent UX copy across the product.
- Translate complex product features into straightforward, actionable, and user-friendly communication.
- Conduct user journey audits and identify opportunities to improve user experience and lifecycle engagement.
- Create content strategies based on consumer behaviour, analytics, and product insights.
- Write and optimize microcopy for buttons, tooltips, empty states, notifications, onboarding, error messages, and success states.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Growth, Engineering, CRM, and Marketing teams to launch and optimize product experiences.
- Continuously experiment through A/B testing and data-driven iterations to improve user engagement and retention.
