Job Location: Project Site - IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana

Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and execute all MEP (Fire Fighting System) works as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedule.

Plan and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely completion of the project.

Manage site engineers, supervisors, manpower, and subcontractors for productive execution.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors.

Review BOQ, verify quantities, and monitor material consumption to minimize wastage.

Plan and monitor material requirements and maintain proper inventory records.

Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed at the project site.

Resolve technical and execution-related issues promptly.

Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and maintain project documentation.

Coordinate inspections, testing, and successful handover of completed work.

Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials,



and equipment.

Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

3-4 years of experience in MEP (Fire Fighting System) project execution at industrial, commercial, or construction project sites.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
