Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Propex Infraaa is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth and expand our client base in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and networking.

Connect with potential clients and explain project offerings.

Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visit coordination.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Identify current business opportunities and develop strategies for client acquisition.

Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and deal closure.





Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements:
Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Real Estate Sales preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong client handling and relationship-building abilities.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional approach.

Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is an advantage.

Ability to conduct client meetings and presentations confidently.

Salary:
₹15,000 - ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

(Salary can be offered as per experience and performance.)

Real Estate Industry experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹13,949.61 - ₹58,178.87 per month
