Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the boutique.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable garments and products.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience.

Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and pending orders.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and order details.

Inventory & Store Coordination
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Assist in merchandise display and product arrangement.
- Coordinate with tailoring and alteration teams for customer requirements.
- Ensure the boutique is well-organized and visually appealing.





Billing & Documentation
- Assist with billing, invoice preparation, and order documentation.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
- Update sales data using MS Excel or billing software.
