We are hiring a Senior Meta Ads Specialist with proven experience managing and scaling conversion-focused campaigns for e-commerce, DTC and affiliate offers targeting the US market.

This is a remote, long-term position for a specialist who understands direct-response advertising, creative testing, conversion tracking and profitable scaling. We are not looking for a general digital marketer, social media manager or someone whose experience is limited to boosting posts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, launch and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
- Build campaign structures for creative testing, retargeting and scaling
- Research audiences, competitors, offers and profitable advertising angles
- Develop creative briefs for UGC videos, static images and native-style ads
- Work closely with video editors and graphic designers
- Monitor CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, CPA, ROAS and overall profitability
- Identify winning creatives, audiences and offers
- Scale successful campaigns while controlling acquisition costs
- Manage Meta Pixel, events, attribution and conversion tracking




- Diagnose campaign, creative, tracking and landing-page problems
- Maintain compliance with Meta advertising policies
- Prepare clear performance reports and recommend the next actions

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
- Proven experience with e-commerce, DTC or affiliate campaigns
- Experience targeting customers in the United States
- Solid understanding of direct-response and performance marketing
- Practical experience testing and scaling advertising campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel and conversion tracking
- Ability to evaluate UGC, native-style and direct-response creatives
- Ability to make decisions based on sales, CPA and ROAS—not vanity metrics
- Strong English communication and attention to detail
