Job responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and edit compelling business proposals, RFP responses, pitch decks, and quotations that align with client requirements and business objectives.
- Analyse and interpret tender documents to ensure compliance with client specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and technical teams, to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Ensure proposals are structured, persuasive, and designed to increase the likelihood of winning business opportunities.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to strengthen proposal strategies.




- Maintain a database of proposal templates, case studies, and reference materials for efficiency in future submissions.
- Proofread and edit proposals to maintain high-quality standards and consistency in messaging.
- Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications and prerequisites:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in proposal writing, pitch deck creation, and understanding tenders and quotations.
- Solid ability to write persuasive and high-impact content tailored to different stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various departments and clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and proposal management tools.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in all proposal materials.
- Ability to work independently as well
