Position Overview
The HR & Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing two critical functions:
- Internal Human Resource Management for 21DEGREES
- Client Payroll Processing and Compliance
Key Responsibilities
A. Internal HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain employee database and HR records
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters,
confirmation letters and experience letters
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Conduct employee induction programs
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives
- Handle employee grievances professionally
- Maintain HR policies and employee handbook
- Support performance appraisal process
- Maintain confidential employee documentation
- Coordinate background verification
- Ensure statutory HR compliance documentation
B. Client Payroll Management
Handle payroll for multiple client organizations, including:
- Monthly payroll processing
- Salary computation
- Payroll validation
- Preparation of salary sheets
- Leave and attendance reconciliation
- Overtime and incentive calculations
- Full & Final settlement
- Payroll MIS reports
- Salary register preparation
- Payslip generation
- Payroll reconciliations
- Coordination with client HR
