- ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Garment Quality Supervisor, you will lead the in-house finished goods quality team and ensure every garment meets SAADAA’s quality standards before dispatch. This role involves supervising day-to-day quality check operations, managing the junior team, identifying defects, improving inspection accuracy, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency in quality output.
- WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- In-House Quality Supervision: Oversee day-to-day finished goods quality check activities for garments and ensure all inspections are completed accurately and on time.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise the team of junior quality team members.



Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, maintain discipline, and support capability building on the floor.
- Garment Inspection: Check garments for stitching, measurements, finishing, fabric defects, trims, labeling, packing accuracy, and overall quality compliance.
- Quality Control Process: Ensure standard inspection procedures are followed consistently and maintain quality checkpoints for finished goods before approval.
- Defect Identification: Identify recurring quality issues, segregate defective pieces, and highlight root causes to relevant stakeholders for corrective action.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily quality reports, defect trackers, rejection summaries, and inspection records using Excel / Google Sheets or internal tools.
