About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, highly adaptable, and proactive Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with the leadership at Ganesh Enterprises. In this strategic and cross-functional role, you will act as a force multiplier for the Founder/Management team, driving key business initiatives, streamlining day-to-day operations, tracking business performance, and coordinating across departments—including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounts—to accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution & Special Projects: Work closely with the Founder to execute growth strategies, launch current product lines (e.g., premium dry fruit packaging/gifting), and oversee key business initiatives from concept to execution.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as a central bridge between the Founder and internal department heads (Sales, Warehouse/Logistics, Accounts) to ensure alignment on business goals and timely task completion.
- Data Analysis & MIS Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present daily, weekly, and monthly business performance metrics,



sales reports, inventory levels, and financial summaries in MS Excel for decision-making.
- Operational Monitoring: Identify operational bottlenecks across distribution, procurement, or payment cycles and propose practical solutions to optimize efficiency.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Draft high-level business correspondence, vendor agreements, corporate pitch presentations, and internal communications on behalf of the Founder's office.
- Meeting Management & Action Tracking: Organize key leadership meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings (MOMs), and ensure strict follow-ups on actionable items.

Key Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a business operations, strategy, founder's office, management consulting, or key account management role—preferably within FMCG, retail, or fast-growing businesses.
