URGENT HIRING - BRANCH MANAGER | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS

We are urgently looking for an experienced Branch Manager with strong expertise in Business Development, Sales and Branch Management within the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry.

Position: Branch Manager - Business Development & Operations
Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall branch business, operations and performance:
- Drive business development and sales to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and develop current customers and business opportunities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Lead, guide and manage the branch team
- Develop the branch market and expand the customer base
- Handle key customer relationships and commercial negotiations
- Coordinate with operations,



pricing and HO teams for smooth service delivery
- Monitor branch profitability, revenue and business growth
- Take ownership of the branch's overall sales, business development and operational performance
- Relevant experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics:
- Proven experience in Business Development + Branch Management:
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
- Good knowledge of Air & Ocean Freight / Freight Forwarding services:
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Existing industry network will be an advantage

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
