Arch Enterprises is seeking a proactive, target-driven, and communication-savvy Inside Sales Executive (B2B). The primary objective of this role is to identify potential business clients, generate high-quality B2B leads, conduct outbound outreach, nurture prospective client relationships, and drive conversion to support company growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify potential B2B clients, decision-makers, and business leads through online research, skilled networks (LinkedIn), industry databases, and directories.
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects within targeted industries and geographic locations.

2. Outbound Outreach & Prospecting
- Present company products, Technicaal solutions, and services effectively to decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, Managers, Technical Heads).
- Understand client requirements, pain points, and qualify prospects based on business potential.

3. Lead Qualification & Sales Conversion
- Coordinate with internal technical/management teams to arrange product demos or business presentations.




- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and formal presentations for prospective clients.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.

4. CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain clean and updated records of all prospective contacts, communications, and deal statuses in the CRM database.
- Track lead conversion rates and monitor key sales pipeline metrics.

5. Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and management teams to align on campaign strategies and targeting.
- Submit regular daily/weekly activity logs and monthly sales pipeline reports to management.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
