Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop content ideas aligned with brand objectives and audience interests.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to create compelling campaigns.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Create or assist in creating short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
- Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging content formats.

Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut,



Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills are preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- A portfolio showcasing blogs, social media posts, videos, or other content created.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar analytics tools.
- Understanding of social media advertising and performance metrics.
- Basic photography or videography skills are a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
