Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a personalized, high-quality shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable gold, diamond, platinum, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Explain jewellery features, purity, certifications, pricing, making charges, and exchange policies clearly to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle high-value transactions accurately and ensure proper billing procedures.
- Assist customers with custom orders, bridal jewellery selections, and special occasions.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showcases are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with inventory and store teams for replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and quality standards.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally and promptly.
- Stay updated on jewellery trends,



recent collections, and competitor offerings.
- Mentor junior sales executives by sharing product knowledge and best sales practices.
- Support showroom events, exhibitions, festive promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback to the showroom manager.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 58 years of experience in jewellery retail sales, with at least 2 years in a senior sales role.
- Experience in selling gold, diamond, and premium jewellery products.
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of jewellery valuation, hallmarking, certifications, and retail billing systems.
