Job Title: Senior Executive - IT

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Hardware & Networking
- Manage and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and network infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN and network connectivity.
- Handle network cabling, connectivity testing, and basic network infrastructure setup.
- Manage and troubleshoot Sophos/Fortinet firewall environments.
- Configure and support site-to-site and client-based VPNs.

Operating Systems & System Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, GPOs, OU structure, and domain joining.
- Perform system patch management and regular updates.
- Basic administration and troubleshooting of Linux (Ubuntu/RHEL) systems.
- Maintain and support Docker environments.

IT Security
- Install, configure, and manage endpoint security and antivirus solutions.
- Monitor and address common cybersecurity threats such as phishing and ransomware.
- Manage firewall policies, NAT, port forwarding,



and intrusion prevention.
- Support Data Protection and DLP activities.
- Implement and maintain VPN security and access controls.

Cloud & Virtualization
- Provide basic administration/support for cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Manage virtualized environments using VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration.

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of networking and system administration.
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN and VPN.
- Working knowledge of Fortinet/Sophos firewalls.
- Understanding of Linux, Docker, virtualization, cloud platforms, and backup solutions.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle IT infrastructure issues efficiently.
