Role Summary

The Sales Associate will be the face of the Pekko retail store, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. The role involves customer engagement, billing, inventory management, product merchandising, packaging,



and maintaining premium retail standards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience
- Welcome customers warmly and create a premium in-store shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Demonstrate product features, ingredients, benefits, and usage confidently.
- Build customer relationships that encourage repeat business.

Billing & Cash Handling
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Process cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments.
- Ensure billing accuracy and maintain daily transaction records.

Inventory Management
- Receive, stock, and replenish merchandise.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Assist in periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
