1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP on a real-time basis
- Finalization of accounts (P&L;, Balance Sheet, schedules)
- Bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and error rectification

2. Taxation Compliance
- Preparation & filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) (Individuals, Firms, Companies)
- Handling TDS compliance - return filing, reconciliation, corrections
- GST compliance - GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, Reconciliation (GSTR-2B vs books)

3. Audit & Assurance
- Assist in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and Internal Audit:
- Preparation of audit working papers and documentation
- Verification of vouchers, bills, and supporting documents
- Drafting audit observations and reports
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards

5. Client Handling & Coordination




- Direct communication with clients for data collection and clarifications
- Follow-up for pending documents and compliance deadlines
- Handling multiple assignments simultaneously

6. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification: M.Com / CA Inter (drop out)
- Experience: 2-5 years in CA firm or similar profile
- Robust knowledge of Income Tax & GST provisions,Accounting standards & principles
- Proficiency in Tally / Excel (advanced preferred)
- Good drafting and communication skills
