We're looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to CEO who can efficiently manage executive coordination, business communication, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely execution of tasks.
- Follow up with Sales, Operations, Creative, Accounts, and HR teams.
- Handle confidential business information with professionalism.
- Coordinate client meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders.
- Track pending tasks, deadlines, and project updates.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO.
Requirements




- 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Professional personality with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Work Location

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
